## Description

Furnish all necessary labor, tools, miscellaneous materials, equipment, and supervision as specified in drawings and specifications to complete project number 655-20-202, Atrium Renovation Building 22. located at the Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center in Saginaw, Michigan.

**Phasing:** Phase 1 (Sheet GC102) 1. Install exterior construction barrier & gate. 2. Construct temporary Phase 1 construction wall. 3. Selectively demolish existing interior architectural elements in Atrium. 4. Construct new exterior canopy structure, sidewalk, and repair of pavement. 5. Construct new interior walls, finishes, and architectural elements. Phase 2 (Sheet GC102) 1. Demolish temporary Phase 1 construction wall before commencing balance of Phase 2 work. 2. Removal and replacement of all flooring finishes including wall base.
