506-334 – Construct Private In-Patient Rooms and Primary Clinics – Ann Arbor, MI Amendment 0001: Provide site visit attendee sign-in sheet and clarify the due date for technical questions. Questions are due July 10, 2024 at 1:00pm ET and not July 9 as the site visit agenda incorrectly stated. There are no further changes to the solicitation terms and conditions. See attached amendment which must be acknolwedged on the bid submission. **PLEASE NOTE:

Amendment 0001 does not have an SF30 to sign and return. Please acknowledge the amendment on the Bid Standard Form 1442 in Box 19. All other amendments with an SF30 must be signed and returned with the bid along with acknowledging all amendments on the Bid Standard Form 1442 in Box 19.** Amendment 0002: The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to provide the following:

Supplemental documentation concerning responses to technical questions (Revised drawings). To provide the bid opening call-in line: An in person bid opening will not be facilitated.
