The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials and equipment to completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for the Replace Learning Exchange Roof project. This project removes and replaces the roofing system and accessories at the Louis Stokes Cleveland Veterans Affairs Medical Center, located at 10701 East Blvd, Cleveland, OH 44106. All work shall be conducted in complete accordance with the project statement of work (SOW), specifications, and drawings. All work to be closely coordinated with the VA Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer s Representative (COR). **DURATION OF PROJECT:** All work to be completed within 100 calendar days from the contractor s receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). **SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS:** The solicitation documents will be posted at www.sam.gov on or about March 26, 2024, with proposals due approximately 40 days later. Dissemination of the solicitation, specifications and drawings is limited to electronic medium.
