## Description

VA seeks to lease between approximately 6,900 – 7,400 RSF of medical space with a minimum of 35 parking within the delineated area explained below for use as a Community Based Out-Patient Clinic (CBOC).

**Lease Term:** Lease term will be 5 years firm, and 5 years soft, lease extensions will be negotiated separately and are not guaranteed.

**Estimated Commencement Date:** On or about Aug 2027, an earlier or later commencement will be considered. See Attachment for full description
