## Description

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Seeks Expressions of Interest for Approximately 29,312 RSF SF of Clinical Space in Phoenix, Arizona. This advertisement is for market research. This advertisement is not a solicitation for offers, nor is it a request for proposals. The purpose of this advertisement is to identify potential sources and suitable locations and is not intended to pre-qualify or disqualify any potential offers.

Description The VA seeks to lease approximately 29,312 RSF of medical space with a minimum of 110 parking spaces within the delineated area explained below for use as Clinical space. VA will first consider leased space located in an existing building, then build to suits.

**North:** W. Bethany Home Rd // East by 7th Ave. // South by West Indian School Rd. // West by Interstate 17 Lease Term Lease term will be for 10 years, lease extensions will be negotiated separately and are not guaranteed.
