## Description

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Seeks Expressions of Interest to lease approximately 13,263 American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association (ANSI/BOMA) Square Feet, not to exceed 15,014 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of Medical Outpatient Clinic and Office space in the area of Oakland CA. The location to include 60 parking spaces.

**NOTICE:** the Government currently occupies leased medical office space in Oakland CA that will be expiring. This is not a solicitation for offer, nor a request for proposals. The Government is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous, and that otherwise, the Government intends to pursue a sole source acquisition. The Government will consider the cost of moving, alterations, replication of tenant improvements, telecommunications infrastructure, non-productive agency downtime etc when deciding whether it should relocate. Respondents are advised that the Government assumes no responsibility to award a lease based upon responses to this adverticement.
