## Description

The VA seeks to lease approximately 11,500 RSF of medical space with a minimum of 70 parking spaces within the delineated area In Surprise, Arizona North: AZ State Rte 303 // East by N. El Mirage Rd. // South by Bell Rd. // West by AZ State Rte 303 for use as Clinical space. VA will first consider leased space located in an existing building, then build to suits.
