## Description

Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOVAHCS) requires a contractor to provide and assemble (if needed) 5 surgical tables and accessories required for use and operation. Contractor must deliver and assemble the surgical tables per the delivery times and to the locations in this SOW. The Purpose, to include provision of products, assembly, and training, must be accomplished by the Contractor by the Delivery Times at the Locations, in accordance with this SOW, in a cost-effective, efficient, and safe manner, while contributing the VA Mission.
