## Description

The VA Eastern Oklahoma Health Care System located in Muskogee, OK, issued Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C24W25Q0297 to procure Smoke Evacuators and Electrosurgical Generators. This firm-fixed price RFQ is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the corresponding NAICS Code is 334510. The contractor shall provide and deliver two (2) Medtronic AEX Generator with plasmablades and four (4) electrosurgical units with carts for high-frequency electrical current to cut, coagulate (seal blood vessels), and destroy tissue during surgical procedures. The contractor is also to provide and deliver five (5) Medtronic RapidVac smoke evacuators in accordance with the Statement of Work. Proposal Instructions are provided in provision 52.212-1.
