Introduction The Prescott VA Medical Center, Surgical Services, located at 500 N. Hwy. 89, Prescott, AZ requires 2 Olympus LED Monitors for the Gastrointestinal Clinic. Information The contractor shall furnish all the necessary equipment in accordance with our request and this statement of work.
