## Description

VHA is seeking to lease approximately 14,500 minimum ABOA to 15,500 maximum ABOA of existing Clinical space in Parker County, Texas. The space needs to be contiguous. The procurement will be for a Community Based Outpatient Clinic for Veterans. The property shall include at least 125 on-site surface parking spaces. VHA will consider a New Build/New Construction. Space must be available for occupancy by June 2025. The proposed period of performance is ten-years (10), with five-years firm.
