## Description

The purpose of this amendment: Is to cancel RLP No 36C24W24R0056 in its entirety as the needs of the Government have changed. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This project proposes to lease approximately 39,000 sq. ft. (ABOA), or 52,650 sq. ft. (RSF) of outpatient clinic space in the vicinity of Eastside El Paso, TX including 100 parking spaces. The lease would enhance outpatient services by closing space gaps identified in the Strategic Capital Investment Planning Process (SCIP).
