## Description

VHA is seeking to lease approximately 19,691 RSF/14,586 ABOA of existing clinical medical space in San Antonio, Texas. The space needs to be contiguous. Operations will be for a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) for the clinical needs for Veterans. The property shall include at-least, 77 on-site parking spaces. Estimated occupancy is October 1, 2026. Expressions of Interest should include the following:
