## Description

VA is seeking to lease approximately 8,747 RSF/6,500 ABOA of existing administrative office space in Duncanville, Texas for a Succeeding Lease. The Government is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous, otherwise the Government intends to pursue a sole source acquisition. The space needs to be contiguous. Operations will be for non-medical administrative staff. The property shall include 40 on-site parking spaces.
