POSTED 12/21/2023. This advertisement is for market research. This advertisement is not a solicitation for offers, nor is it a request for proposals. The purpose of this advertisement is to identify potential sources and suitable locations and is not intended to pre-qualify or disqualify any potential offers. VA seeks to lease between approximately 20,000 RSF of medical space with a minimum of 75 parking spaces within the delineated area explained below for use as a Community Based Out-Patient Clinic (CBOC).

VA will first consider leased space located in an existing building then new builds, not build to suits. Respondents are advised that the Government assumes no responsibility to award a lease based upon responses to this advertisement. Please see attachment for full information
