## Description

The Agency was seeking 6978 ABOA/ 9,421 square feet (RSF) of clinical space for the Show Low VA Clinic. This contract action was not awarded competitively and/or was not fixed-price. 41 U.S.C.

**3304(a)(1):** Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Other locations were outside the deliniated area and would have required excessive costs to move and relocate the CBOC.
