## Description

Veterans Health Administration is seeking to lease a minimum of 23,050 to a maximum of 25,050 ABOA square feet, not to exceed 28,181 RSF, in the Boise, ID area. The space needs to be contiguous space on a single floor in a warehouse type building with 32 surface/outside parking spaces. The procurement will be for a warehouse mailout center and optical lab space. The proposed period of performance is fifteen (15) years with ten (10) years firm.
