These services will provide medical writing and editorial support for VA Evidence Synthesis Program (ESP), specifically. Due to current need and experience, this Contractor s unique capabilities/characteristics particularly involving the Veterans Health Administration, makes them the Sole Source capable to receive an award for these services. Since the intent is to procure on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to Contracting Opportunities on SAM.gov at https://sam.gov/.
