Update of RFQ for removal of service clause VAAR 852.219-75 - VA Notice of Limitations on Subcontracting - Certificate of Compliance for Services and Construction. Service clause replaced with supply clause VAAR 852.219-76 - VA Notice of Limitations on Subcontracting - Certificate of Compliance for Supplies and Products. Deadline for offers shall not be extended. Deadline for offers is 04/30/2026, 4:00PM Eastern Time.
