This contract is for laboratory services to measure blood biomarkers of neurological injury and neurodegeneration in stored blood samples, with the objective of assessing potential relationships between these biomarkers and long-term cognitive impairment utilizing the specialized laboratory equipment housed by Baylor. This is a notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any responsible source who believes it can meet the requirement may submit a capability statement to the contracting office no later than August 1st, 12PM, EST. Interest/capability statements may be sent to Lynn Portman at lynn.portman@va.gov. No telephone responses will be accepted.
