This is because the Government asserts that Cellink LLC is the only contractor that can provide this specific service and equipment needed by the Research and Development Service at Northern California VA Medical Center. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement and supporting documentation to the Contracting Officer no later than Thursday, June 06, 2024, (12:00 PM, EST).
