This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement to the contracting office no later than Wednesday, March 27, 2024, 12:00PM, EST. However, those statements shall describe in detail how the vendor can meet or exceed the Veterans Affairs requirements. Interested/capability statements shall be sent to Rachael.Talbott@va.gov with the subject titled: 3C24E24Q0050. No telephone responses will be accepted.
