## Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs [VA], Veterans Health Administration [VHA], Regional Procurement Office Central (RPOC) Supplies and Services Division   Team 2 is issuing this Request for Quotation [RFQ] to solicit vendors for the purpose of entering into a firm-fixed price contract for Ovid eBooks Subscription.
