NAICS Code 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, applies to this requirement. The small business size standard is $45M. The estimated range of construction is Between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000 This requirement will be procured per Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14.101 Sealed Bidding. The evaluation factors under consideration for this requirement will be available upon the solicitation release, which is anticipated to be posted on or around 19 December 2025.
