## Description

The requirement will be sole sourced to Central Association for the Blind, 507 Kent ST., Utica NY 13501. Central Association for the Blind will provide switchboard operations at the Lexington VAMC. Central Association for the Blind is an ability one group and the only source as this procurement is an ability one set aside only. The vendor has proprietary status that is not offered or authorized to third party vendors. This contract also requires all operators to be part of the Ability one program.

This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and 13.106-1(b) (2), soliciting from a single source. The NAICS code is 561421 and has a size standard of $19M for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit quotations no later than 11:00a.m.
