## Description

Tennessee Valley Healthcare System Medical Center, Request for Quote IAW FAR Part 13 to provide the window glass repair for the 4th floor of the Acre building on campus as outlined in the Statement of Work. Comparative evaluations of quotes will be performed IAW FAR 13.106-2(b)(3) Best Value based on price and other factors. (See E.2 Instructions to Offerors). This requirement is 100% set aside for SDVOSB contractors. This RFQ will result in a single award firm fixed price purchase order with a Period of Performance: 09/04/2025 through 05/01/2026 Contractors claiming SDVOSB status must be verified in Veterans Small Business Certification (VetCert) at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/
