A sole source letter was received from STRYKER CORP department which states that STRYKER CORP doesn t authorize third-party vendors to service STRYKER CORP equipment due to proprietary equipment. All warranties and guarantees on the system are voided if an unauthorized third-party vendor is engaged. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(c), soliciting from a single source. The NAICS code is 339112 and has a size standard of 1000 employees for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit quotations no later than 1:00p.m. CST, May 14, 2025 to: george.cochran@va.gov. Responses received will be evaluated; however, any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
