This solution is intended to provide continual maintenance of a Water Safety Management Program, including continuous monitoring, maintenance of monitoring equipment, and water quality testing with the goal of preventing Legionella associated with building water systems for each building in which patients, visitors, and/or staff lodges overnight, and associated chiller system cooling towers for the Robley Rex Veterans Affairs Medical Center at 800 Zorn Avenue and associated replacement medical center under construction at 4906 Brownsboro Rd., Louisville, Kentucky. Market research found no vendor other than Phigenics LLC could meet this requirement at the level of technical quality required.
