The period of performance shall be 10/01/2024 09/30/2029. The contract will provide Involuntary Mental Health Commitment Hearings services at the James H. QuillenVA Medical Center located at Corner of Lamont & Veterans Way, Mountain Home, TN 37684. These support services are required for the use of legal means to commit a person to a mental hospital or psychiatric ward against their will or over their protests. NAICS code: 541199 All Other Legal Services (SBA Size Standard $20.5 Million). THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than September 11th, 2024 at 10:00AM, Central Time (CT). A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely at the government's discretion. Information received will typically be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
