Contractor shall furnish labor, materials, and perform work for Installation of new HVAC system in fourth floor mechanical room of Bldg. 160 to condition the supply for the kitchen hood as required by drawings and specifications. All work performed shall be conducted in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws, regulations, codes, VA policies/regulations, specifications, drawings and the SOW. The period of performance will be 180 calendar days. PRODUCT/SERVICE CODE: Y1DA Construction of Hospitals and Infirmaries This will be a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns under the authority of 38 U.S.C. section 8127(d). NAICS Code 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, applies to this requirement. The small business size standard is $45M. The estimated range of construction is Between $250,000 and $500,000. This requirement will be procured per Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14.101 Sealed Bidding. The evaluation factors under consideration for this requirement will be available upon the solicitation release, which is anticipated to be posted on or around 11 June 2025. This requirement is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns under the authority of 38 U.S.C §8127 (d). Only those SDVOSB s listed and viewable in the SBA database located at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/. The database will be checked at the time of offer submission as well as prior to award.
