PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This requirement is for the replacement of the underground chilled water distribution piping at the Tennessee Valley Healthcare System (TVHS) Murfreesboro, also referred to as the York Campus. This is a phasing design where the contractor will need to develop a phasing plan for all work and submit for approval.
