## Description

AWARD NOTICE The Department of Veterans Affairs has completed its evaluation of all proposals submitted under Solicitation 36C24924R0042. This solicitation sought approximately 6,750 rentable square feet (RSF) of space, with 5,000 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet and a minimum of 25 parking spaces, in LaFollette, Tennessee. Following a comprehensive review process, the Department has selected DAVENPORT CONSTRUCTION & DEVELOPMENT, LLC as the successful offeror. The Department will proceed with executing the lease agreement for this facility.
