Col. Luke Weathers, Jr. VAMC, Memphis, Tennessee 38104. SET-ASIDE: 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $10,000,000.00 and $20,000,000.00 NAICS: 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: $45 Million PROJECT OVERVIEW: The project will require the selected contractor to provide all resources necessary to accomplish and furnish all labor, material, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to completely prepare site for building operations as required per drawings and specifications at the Lt. Col. Luke Weathers, Jr. VAMC, Memphis, TN. 38104 for the above-mentioned Project # 614-17-113 Renovate Building 1 Primary Care. The new interior build out is for a primary care clinic with wall construction, finishes, mechanical, lighting and plumbing systems. Renovation work includes interior renovation and removal of existing clinical lab, interior walls, patching and matching finishes and remodel of existing areas to create toilet rooms and corridors. Anticipated completion time from Notice-to-Proceed is 547 calendar days for the entire project. IMPORTANT NOTICE: This requirement is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns under the authority of 38 U.S.C §8127 (d). Only those SDVOSB s listed and viewable in the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) database located at Veteran Small Business Certification (sba.gov). The VetCert database will be checked at the time of bid submission as well as prior to award. All bidders must also have an active listing in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. The awarded contractor must also submit evidence of enrollment with VETS4212. In addition to the requirements as set forth in the solicitation notice (to be issued), the proposed contractor must also be determined responsible in accordance with FAR Part 9.
