## Description

Due to funding constraints the RFQ 36C24924Q0422 has been cancelled. There will be the possibility of re-soliciting during the current Fiscal year of funding. The Mountain Home Health Care System requires the use of 650 each of furnished hotel or motel rooms per year. These rooms are used for staff during New Employee Orientation (NEO) or education offerings that can only be completed at the Mountain Home campus rather than a Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). The rooms offered shall be within a 5-mile radius of the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center, Corner of Lamont & Veterans Way, Mountain Home, TN 37684.
