## Description

Vendor Questions/Government Answers What are the schematics for the ventilation system to the roof? We need to see any access point locations, especially on the horizontal run of duct. There are two access panels in the kitchen with labels that previous companies have used in the past. There are additional panels on the same horizontal run that could be used. In addition, there is one location that has Need Access Panel written on it. (See images below). How would you like the quote provided?

As indicated in the RFQ, Section B.2 Price/Cost Schedule. Please use this example for your quote. For each price, please provide a cost for the service four (4) times a year and all five (5) year grand total. (See page 8 for example)
