This is a replacement part for the following medical center: James H. Quillen VA Medical Center 1 Veterans Way Mountain Home, TN 37684 The objective of this sole source award is for a firm fixed price with Varian Medical Systems. This sole source determination is in accordance with FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition, procedures and in accordance with 41 U.S.C.1708 as implemented by FAR 5.201(b) and FAR 5.202(a)(13), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. Varian is the manufacturer of the True Beam Radiotherapy system and the only authorized supplier and installer of its components.
