## Description

Project 626-19-103 Upgrade 4th Floor Hallways & Interiors will renovate public corridors and adjacent spaces. The project will provide replacement of deteriorating/failing wall, floor and ceiling finishes, lighting fixtures, sealants, handrails, wall protection, and doors.

General work includes, but is not limited to, interior design, demolition, industrial hygiene, abatement, architectural and finishes along with limited plumbing, electrical power & systems at TVHS Nashville VA Medical Center, 1310 24th Avenue South, Nashville, TN 37212. Period of Performance is 133 calendar days after the notice to proceed.

Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, and supervision necessary to accomplish the work for this project, including architectural, plumbing, fire protection, controls, medical gas, mechanical, electrical power and systems, construction, alterations, necessary removal of selective existing construction, and certain other items to complete all work described in the Statement of Work (SOW), specifications, and drawings.
