## Description

The VA (Department of Veteran Affairs), VHA (Veterans Health Administration), NCO (Network Contracting Office) 09, Murfreesboro, Tennessee, intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract for reagents, stains, staining kits and other special Ventana stain reagents for the Tennessee Valley Healthcare System (TVHS), Nashville, Tennessee with Roche Diagnostics Corporation in accordance with 41 U.S.C. §3304(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
