This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) number 36C24826Q0061 for Boiler Maintenance and Testing Services at VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS) main facility located in San Juan, Puerto Rico. This acquisition combined synopsis solicitation is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns.
