The Government will consider alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that could satisfy the Government s requirements, as well as the costs likely to be incurred through relocation, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease 96 surface Parking Spaces in Gainesville, Florida, for use as off-site Parking for Malcom Randall Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Gainesville, Florida.  A lease of up to 10 Years will be considered.  The off-site parking space must be ready for occupancy no later than December 1, 2026.  Space within or bordering/facing the following boundaries will be considered:  North West University Avenue East South Main Street South SE Williston Road West SW 34th Street  A market survey of offered properties may be conducted by VA staff.
