## Description

RLP # 36C248-26-R-0042 Amendment 0001 Description 1. RLP Section 2.03 SEISMIC SAFETY MODERATE SEISMICITY (MAY 2025) is Deleted in Full. 2. RLP Section 2.04 SEISMIC SAFETY HIGH SEISMICITY (MAY 2025) is Deleted in Full. 3. In RLP Section 3.06 S and T "Green Globes" requirements are added, allowing offerors to use either LEED or Green Globes in their proposals.

4. Exhibit B - Agency Special Requirements is deleted and replaced by attached Exhibit B - Agency Special Requirements ASR Revised January 16, 2026. 5. The Due Date for responses is extended to no later than 3:00 PM ET on February 16, 2026. See attached RLP 36C248-26-R-0042 Updated Sections.
