Market research confirms that Heidelberg Engineering GmbH is the sole manufacturer of the Spectralis OCT system, and Heidelberg Engineering, Inc., its wholly owned U.S. subsidiary, is the exclusive source for these products within the United States. The manufacturer has formally identified L1 Enterprises, Inc. as the only authorized distributor for U.S. Government customers, and no other vendors are authorized to provide the required equipment or associated services.
