Determination of this sole source procurement is in accordance with 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized; It is the Government s belief that the proposed candidate is the only provider authorized to perform the maintenance for the existing platform and is the only manufacturer that can meet the agency s needs. The contractor shall furnish labor, parts, supplies and equipment necessary to provide scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and periodic preventive maintenance inspections for the Building Automation and Control Systems located at the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center, 7305 North Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33410. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available; telephone requests will not be accepted.
