This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested, and no separate written solicitation will be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Offers (RFO). All clauses are current through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06, effective October 1, 2025. DESCRIPTION The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract for the provision of all supplies, materials, equipment, labor, supervision, management, and transportation necessary to provide Storage Trailers, in accordance with the requirements set forth herein. Only SDVOSB concerns registered and verified in the Small Business Administration (SBA) and System for Award Management (SAM.gov) are eligible to submit offers. QUESTIONS All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted via email to John.Shultzaberger@va.gov no later than January 28, 2026 by 11:00 AM EST. Responses to vendor questions, if any, will be posted to SAM.gov.
