1. Extend the RFQ closing date, and 2. Add the following attachments to the solicitation package: Attachment D Answers to Additional RFQ Questions Attachment E Additional Floor Plan 1. RFQ Closing Date Extension The RFQ closing date is hereby extended from: March 19, 2026 to the new closing date of:

March 25, 2026 @ 4:30PM EST All quotations must be received by the new closing date and submitted in accordance with the original solicitation instructions.

2.
