The equipment will need assembly, installation, and scheduled maintenance. The customer will need training on the equipment and features. The training must be onsite. In addition, please review the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and Excel spreadsheet for specific details to this requirement. All responses must be completed directly within the Excel spreadsheet.
