## Description

**GENERAL:** James A Haley VA Hospital, 13000 Bruce B Downs Blvd. FL. 33612, has a requirement for ModuMax Basket Storage system for Urology Storeroom at the James A Haley VA Hospital in Tampa FL. BACKGROUND:Â The original shelving and storage in the Urology department were destroyed by a water leak. The Urology department requires that all destroyed shelving be replaced to properly maintain supplies and ensure an accurate inventory.

**SCOPE:** The Urology Department requires the installation of shelving in the newly renovated supply room. The contractor is expected to:

Deliver all necessary equipment for the shelving installation. Conduct the installation process in accordance with the specified requirements. Remove all rubbish and debris from the area post-installation. Please note that this is a name-brand only requirement, specifying the DSI MODUMAX shelving unit. Therefore, no substitutions will be accepted.
