PROJECT TITLE: Bid-Build (B/B) Improve Lake Baldwin Electrical Distribution PROJECT NUMBER: 675-23-801 PROJECT SUMMARY: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Orlando Veterans Affairs Healthcare System (OVAHCS), is seeking professional construction services to construct the project titled Improve Lake Baldwin Electrical Distribution at the OVAHCS, Lake Baldwin Campus, 5201 Raymond Street, Orlando, FL 32803 and Lakemont Campus, 2500 S. Lakemont Avenue, Orlando, FL 32814. The contractor shall furnish all construction services including labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision as necessary to construct the project described herein and other specified tasks as further defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). The construction shall be in accordance with the 100% design drawings and specifications for this project. Refer to attachments for further details.
