## Description

The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Orlando, FL, that will be expiring. The Government will consider alternative space if economically advantageous.

In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.

The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease approximately 4,622 RSF clinical space in Orlando, Florida for use by VA personnel, furnishings, and equipment for the Orlando Vet Center Offered space can be on no more than one floor. On-site parking for 10 vehicles required, of which at least 2 spaces must be ADA compliant. A full-service lease up to 20 Years will be considered. Proposed Property shall not be located within the 100-year flood plain.

To be considered, space must be in Proximity to amenities and building support services such as public transportation within or bordering/facing the delineated area as follows:

The Government is limited by law (40 USC 278a, as Amended 10-1-81) to pay no more than the appraised fair rental value for space.
