The services shall be in support of eligible beneficiaries of the OVAMC under Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), contract type. The authority for this procurement is Title 38 USC 8153, Health Care Resources (HCR) sharing Authority, and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation. The VA anticipates issuing a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) solicitation for this requirement on or about February 15, 2024. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation, attachments, and any subsequent amendments from this website. No hard copies will be made available. Period of Performance: The anticipated period of performance for this contract will be from 04-25-2025 through 04-24-2026 for the base period. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the responses to the RFP submission process.
